By accessing or using the herdoydev website and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

herdoydev designs, develops, and publishes mobile and web products. We also offer custom development engagements for businesses and individuals.

For custom engagements, specific terms — scope, timeline, payment, and intellectual property ownership — are outlined in a separate agreement between herdoydev and the client.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, herdoydev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
